All exhibitors are required to register in order to gain access to your PM Springfest Virtual Booth. We recommend registering as soon as you get your email from our supplier, MicroSpec. This will help to eliminate any delay in setting up your Virtual Booth.
How to Register for Exhibitors
Please note that while Virtual Booth colleagues can be registered starting mid-March, they will not receive access to PM Springfest until April 14th. Only the Main Booth Contact will receive access to PM Springfest beginning March 25th.
If you are the Main Booth Contact, you will receive a link from SwapCard to login starting March 25th. If you haven't received your link by then, please check that you are using the correct email or check your spam folder for an email from [email protected]. If you do not see it in your spam folder, please contact [email protected].
Once you activate your link from the email and login, we recommend filling out your Virtual Booth information.
1. Go to your "Exhibitor Center" from your computer or mobile phone.
2. Click on "Company profile" in the left side menu.
3. To add or modify information, click on the "Edit" button in front of the section of your choice.

Only the following official show suppliers receive exhibitor contact information from Show Management authorizing them to contact you. If you have questions regarding a show supplier who has contacted you claiming they are with the show, please email Tori Grant at [email protected].
