Principal, Common Ground Condo Law
Chris Jaglowitz launched Common Ground Condo Law in January 2020, after practising condominium law and dispute resolution in Toronto for 16 years. Chris serves condo communities across Ontario by helping condo boards and managers navigate tricky situations with practical, economical solutions. When disputes aren't nipped in the bud, Chris represents condo corporations in mediation and arbitration proceedings and in the Superior Court of Justice. Chris is also a neutral arbitrator of condo disputes. Chris assisted the Ontario Government's review of the Condo Act from 2012 to 2014 by sitting on its working groups and expert panel, leading to Bill 106, the Protecting Condominium Owners Act, 2015. Much work still needs to be done and Chris remains active in recommending improvements.

Director, Brilliant Property Management and ACMO Director
Eric Plant has been a board member since 2010, and is one of the founding directors of Brilliant Property Management. Eric began his career in property management when the building in which he lives went through a period of mismanagement, leading to a multi-million dollar loan. What started as a term on the board eventually led to a condominium management company that helps communities navigate some of the more difficult projects and financial issues. In his past life, Eric ran a wilderness adventure company in Ontario and the Yukon. When he is not crunching numbers and attending board meetings, he can be found paddling a canoe in Algonquin Park.
