Arshmanie Ramkissoon is a firm advocate on the power of believing and manifesting your success. While attending the University of Toronto, she was employed with Park Property Management, and had discovered her passion - real estate. Jackson Christian works as a Superintendent of Operations & Maintenance at First Gulf. He manages the operations and maintenance of 2 properties totalling 1 million sq. ft of developed asset, it includes a Class A newly built office building located at 351 King Street East and at East Harbour, a master planned 60-acre of mixed-use development located east of the present downtown core. At East Harbour, Jackson also works alongside the development team helping them with the different pre-construction projects that are underway. He started his career as a co-op student working at the Canadian Head Office of Brookfield Office Properties and have also worked with Nustadia Recreation Inc. at Upper Canada College. His work experiences has helped him gain exposure to various types of facilities and its unique operational needs. Jackson is registered with Professional Engineers Ontario as an Engineer-in-Training and is an active member of OSPE and PEO.
