Laura Lee has been in Condominium Management for almost 30 years in all positions from administrator, manager, district manager, management company owner to her current position as a Senior Property Manager with DEL Condominium Management Inc. She attained the RCM Designation in 1992 and the ACCI Professional Accreditation in 2001. Laura has also been very active in the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario over the years as a past educator of the ACMO courses, developer of the ACMO Refresher Course, Author of the Administration Manual for the college courses and a past and current member on the Association’s Board of Directors. Laura is also the driving force behind one of the Association’s newest Committees, the Social Committee, and its offerings.

Michele has extensive experience with evaluating and conducting life safety risk assessments within multi-residential buildings for more than twenty years with FCS. Formerly she was the Operations Manager of a fire alarm service company and has extensive experience with the technical evaluation, design and operation of fire alarm and related life safety systems. Michele has prepared and successfully presented alternative compliance measures to the Building Code Commission (BCC), Fire Safety Commission (FSC) and Building Material Evaluation Commission (BMEC). She has worked as an expert in Fire Code directly to or on behalf of condominiums and apartment buildings for multiple law firms providing evaluations, fire code auditing and affidavit services as required for over twenty years.Michele was a former member of the National Research Council Task Group for Use and Egress and former Chair of the Underwriters’ Laboratories of Canada CAN/ULC-S572 Standard for “Photoluminescent and Self-Luminous Exit Signs and Path Marking Systems”. Michele is the current chair of the ULC-S590, installation use of Exit Signs and Path Marking Systems and current SC5 chair of five National Standards.Michele is an active member of the Canadian National Hoarding Coalition. She is a regular Chair and participant in the development of ULC (Underwriter Laboratories of Canada) codes and standards, has served on the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) task groups, is a regular speaker at ACMO (Association of Condominium Managers) and CCI (Canadian Condominium Institute) presentations, including presenting fire code materials that may be submitted for continuing education credits. She is a regular contributor to industry publications and a former guest lecturer at Georgian College, Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA), Canadian Fire Safety Association (CFSA) and various property management firms.
