Ian is a LEED Accredited Professional, a Certified Construction Contract Administrator, and the current President of the Ontario Building Envelope Council. He is a Project Principal and a Regional Manager (SW Ontario) at Pretium, one of Ontario’s preeminent buildings science consulting firms.

Steve Krysa, P.Eng. is a professional engineer with over than 15 years of experience in building science and restoration, and has been with Pretium since 2010. Steve specializes in assessments (i.e., leakage investigations, failure investigations, capital planning and reserve fund studies) and the design, tendering, contract administration and construction review of building restoration projects. He is also a Certified Infrared Thermographer (Level 1).
